Eligibility for Returns

  • Request a return within 0 days from the date of successful delivery.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Opened or used items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.
  • Customised or personalised items are not eligible unless defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable digital products
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Damaged / Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery atinfo@nextgen-cards.comwith your Order ID and clear photos/videos.

OR

Go to the My Orders section and submit the return form within 48 hours of delivery along with your Order ID and clear photos/videos.

Note: After verification, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no extra cost.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
  • For cancellation, contact us atinfo@nextgen-cards.comwith your order ID.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Refund Methods

  • Online payments → Original payment method
  • Cash on Delivery → Bank transfer / UPI

Note: Returns are subject to inspection and approval by our team.

Shipping & Return Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • For non-defective returns, return logistics charges (up to ₹170 per packet) will be deducted from the refund amount.
  • If your order qualified for free shipping:
    Example: If your order value is ₹1,000 and the return logistics charge is ₹170, the refund amount will be ₹830.
  • If shipping charges were paid separately:
    Example: If your order value is ₹900 and you paid ₹85 as shipping charges, the shipping fee is non-refundable. The refund amount will be ₹815.
  • For multi-packet shipments:
    Example: If your order value is ₹4,000 and the order was shipped in 4 packets, return logistics charges may be ₹85 × 4 = ₹340. The refund amount will be ₹3,660.
  • No deductions will be made for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective/damaged. Please Contact us to arrange an exchange for the same product.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us atinfo@nextgen-cards.comwithin 48 hours (for damaged/defective items) or within 0 days for general returns with your order ID.
  2. Pack the item securely in original packaging.
  3. Ship it to address provided by our support team:
